Client must notify Creekside Coordinator within 30 days of event regarding which bar package they would like. After 30 days, Creekside cannot guarantee any bar package.

Final guest count for the bar is due 14 days prior to an event. Client must add credit card on file 10 days prior to event. Hosted or cash bar can be extended by bar host during event. Clients credit card will be billed within 1 business day of event.

Gratuity will be added at 18% to Hosted Bar & Hosted Bar Packages. Tip jar will be permitted with Cash Bar only.

Failure to abide by Creekside's Alcohol Policies may result in a fine of $1000 and offender’s being asked to leave Creekside property.

Creekside must provide all alcohol. By law, no alcohol can be brought onto the property.

One certified bartender is required for every 75-100 guests and must dispense all alcohol. If cash bar is served, we may require an additional bartender for quality and timeliness of service. 

No shots, neat drinks, or on the rocks drinks are allowed at any time.

Only two drinks served at a time.

Alcohol service must be shut down 45 minutes before the end of event prior to event cleanup time and total bar time can never exceed 6 hours. No exceptions.

Creekside Event Center will not serve alcoholic beverages to minors, adults serving minors, patrons who appear intoxicated and patrons who cannot prove age with picture identification. 

No alcoholic beverages may be removed from the grounds during the Event.

Creekside staff members reserve the right at our own discretion to cease serving patrons who violate rules and also to close the bar with no refund.

Drunkenness will not be tolerated, violators will be asked to leave the property.

It is the responsibility of the client to notify guests of these policies.

We do not take alcohol requests. 

For the safety of your guests, plasticware is standard with your bar package. Glassware will be an addition fee.
